Sheet feeding device and image forming apparatus

A sheet feeding device comprising:

• a sheet tray including a first sheet supporting surface configured to support a sheet bundle;
• a feeding portion configured to feed an uppermost sheet of the sheet bundle supported by the first sheet supporting surface;
• a blowing portion configured to blow air through a blowing opening toward a side edge of the sheet bundle supported by the first sheet supporting surface;
• and
• a rotatable portion provided in a position opposing the blowing opening in a sheet widthwise direction perpendicular to a sheet feeding direction and including a second sheet supporting surface configured to support the sheet bundle, the rotatable portion being rotatable between a first position along the first sheet supporting surface and a second position rotated upward from the first position by the air being blown by the blowing portion,
• wherein when the rotatable portion is positioned in the second position, the rotatable portion includes a restricting portion configured to restrict a part of the air being blown by the blowing portion from blowing toward upstream of the sheet feeding direction.
