A jig device includes a coater configured to coat an outer surface of a workpiece supplied at a constant speed with a coating material; a cutter configured to cut the workpiece; and a taper configured to tape the outer surface of the workpiece.

A jig device comprising:
- a coater configured to coat an outer surface of a workpiece with a coating material;
- a cutter configured to cut the workpiece;
- and
- a taper downstream of the cutter in a traveling direction of the workpiece, the taper configured to tape the outer surface of the workpiece.
