Abstract
A fiber-reinforced resin composite body (1) may include: a thermosetting resin (2); a plurality of reinforcing fiber layers (4) stacked in the thermosetting resin (2); and a thermoplastic resin (5) dispersed in a form of particles in the thermosetting resin (2) between the plurality of reinforcing fiber layers (4). The thermosetting resin may be an epoxy resin derived from a bisphenol A-diglycidyl ether skeleton of formula: The thermoplastic resin may include polyetherimide resin, a polysulfone resin, and/or a polyethersulfone resin.
Claims16
A fiber-reinforced resin composite body, comprising:
- a thermosetting resin;
- a plurality of reinforcing fiber layers stacked in the thermosetting resin;
- and
- a thermoplastic resin dispersed in a form of particles in the thermosetting resin between the plurality of reinforcing fiber layers,
- wherein the thermoplastic resin has particles having a major axis of 3 μm or less in at least 80%, relative to a total number of particles in the thermoplastic resin,
- wherein the thermoplastic resin comprises a polyetherimide resin, a polysulfone resin, and/or a polyethersulfone resin, and
- wherein the thermoplastic resin is uniformly present in the thermosetting resin.
