Microfluidic device for manufacturing uniform nanoparticles

A device for producing nanoparticles, comprising an inlet channel, a mixing channel, and an outlet channel,

• wherein the mixing channel includes at least one micropost that disturbs a straight flow of a fluid,
• wherein the inlet channel, the mixing channel and the outlet channel are sequentially arranged in a flow direction of the fluid,
• wherein the inlet channel comprises a channel through which a hydrophilic substance is introduced and a channel through which a hydrophobic substance is introduced, these channels being independently formed, and the outlet channel is a channel through which the produced nanoparticles are discharged, and the hydrophilic substance and the hydrophobic substance are mixed with each other in the mixing channel,
• wherein the direction of the channel through which the hydrophobic substance is introduced is the same as the flow direction of the fluid, and the channels through which the hydrophilic substance is introduced comprise two channels provided on opposite sides of the flow direction of the fluid, each extending in a direction intersecting the flow direction of the fluid,
• wherein a section having a width narrower than that of the mixing channel is formed over a predetermined length between one of the mixing channels and an adjacent mixing channel, and
• wherein the micropost includes a plane facing the flow of the fluid.
