Adjustable heart position pedal exercise machine

An adjustable heart height exercise apparatus for a user having a torso with a heart defining a heart level, and a foot defining a foot level, the adjustable heart height exercise apparatus comprising:

• a base frame including a stand plate, a stand pole extending upward from the stand plate, the stand pole defining a first pin hole and a second pin hole;
• a moving frame moveably supported by the base frame to move from a first position to a second position, the moving frame including a front arm;
• a movement system including a height pin alternatively connecting either the first pin hole and the front arm at the first position or alternatively connecting the second pin hole and the front arm at the second position;
• a foot pedal supported by the moving frame, the foot pedal configured for accepting the foot of the user;
• the foot pedal attached by a pedal arm to a rotational pedal base mounted inside the movement frame wherein the foot pedal does not affect the movement system;
• a seat supported by the moving frame, the seat including a seat back configured for accepting the torso of the user so that the heart level of the user is associated with the seat at the seat back;
• wherein the first position has the seat back and the associated heart level of the user above the rotational pedal base of the foot pedal;
• and
• wherein the second position has the seat back and the associated heart level of the user below the rotational pedal base of the foot pedal.
