Deodorant composition, absorber, and absorbent article

A deodorant composition comprising:

• silver zeolite;
• a nitrogen-containing five-membered ring compound;
• and
• a water-absorbent resin, wherein
• a content of the nitrogen-containing five-membered ring compound is 100 to 300 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the silver zeolite,
• the water-absorbent resin is in the form of a particle,
• a water absorption amount of physical saline of the water-absorbent resin is 10 g/g or more,
• the water-absorbent resin has a structural unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and
• the ethylenically unsaturated monomer contains at least one selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid and a salt thereof,
• wherein the water-absorbent resin, the silver zeolite, and the nitrogen-containing five-membered ring compound are present together in a mixed state in the composition.
