A compound of formula (VII-0) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof,

• —(CH2)3—, and —O(CH2)3—;
• L2 is selected from —CR5R6— and O;
• R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6 are each independently selected from H and halogen;
• or, R1 and R2, R3 and R4, R5 and R6, optionally together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a cyclopropyl ring;
• R7 is selected from
• R8 is selected from C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, cyclopropyl, and halocyclopropyl;
• ring A is selected from
• X1 is selected from CH and N;
• X2 is selected from NH, O, S, and Se;
• ring B is selected from C5-8 cycloalkyl and 5- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl, and the C5-8 cycloalkyl and 5- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl are each independently and optionally substituted by 1, 2, 3, or 4 Ra;
• Ra is selected from halogen, OH, NH2, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, C1-3 haloalkyl, and C1-3 haloalkoxy;
• ring C is selected from C5-8 cycloalkyl and 5- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl, and the C5-8 cycloalkyl and 5- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl are each independently and optionally substituted by 1, 2, 3, or 4 Rb;
• Rb is selected from halogen, OH, NH2, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkoxy, C1-3 haloalkyl, and C1-3 haloalkoxy;
• the 5- to 8-membered heterocycloalkyl refers to a saturated cyclic group consisting of 5 to 8 ring atoms, wherein 1, 2, 3, or 4 ring atoms are heteroatoms independently selected from O, S, N, Si, or Se, and the rest are carbon atoms.
