Abstract
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition containing amorphous pitolisant hydrochloride, including mixing pitolisant free base, hydrochloric acid, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier to convert the pitolisant free base into the amorphous pitolisant hydrochloride in-situ.

A method of manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition comprising amorphous pitolisant hydrochloride, comprising:
- mixing pitolisant free base, hydrochloric acid, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier to convert the pitolisant free base into the amorphous pitolisant hydrochloride in-situ.
