Abstract
A treatment tool can include an end effector comprising an ultrasonic blade, a tubular portion coupled to the end effector, and a driver coupled to a proximal end of the tubular portion. The driver can be configured to actuate the end effector via the tubular portion. The treatment tool can further include a pusher configured to support a coupling between the tubular portion and the driver in order to prevent a movement of the tubular portion in a longitudinal direction thereof.
Claims15
A medical treatment instrument, comprising:
- an end effector comprising an ultrasonic blade;
- a tube coupled to the end effector;
- a driver coupled to a proximal end of the tube, wherein the driver is configured to actuate the end effector via the tube, and wherein the driver includes a protrusion protruding toward a distal end of the tube;
- and
- a pusher configured to support a coupling between the tube and the driver, wherein the pusher is configured to prevent a movement of the tube relative to the driver in a longitudinal direction of the tube, and wherein the pusher is located between the tube and the protrusion in a radial direction of the tube;
- and wherein the pusher comprises:
- a base;
- a first protrusion;
- and
- a second protrusion, wherein the first protrusion and the second protrusion are extended from the base in a width direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction of the tube, and wherein the first protrusion is located between the protrusion and the tube.
