Method for transmitting and receiving physical sidelink shared channel in wireless communication system, and device for same

A first user equipment (UE) configured to operate in a wireless communication system, the first UE comprising:

• one or more transceivers;
• one or more processors configured to control the one or more transceivers;
• and
• one or more memories operably connected to the one or more processors,
• wherein the one or more memories are configured to store instructions performing operations based on being executed by the one or more processors,
• wherein the operations comprise:
• transmitting, to a second UE, a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) related to a scheduling of a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH);
• and
• transmitting, to the second UE, the PSSCH,
• wherein one or more reserved resources are indicated based on first sidelink control information (SCI) related to the PSCCH,
• wherein the one or more reserved resources are selected based on resources within a resource selection window, and
• wherein a resource overlapping with a listen-before-talk (LBT) before a reserved resource of other UE is excluded from the selection of the one or more reserved resources.

A second user equipment (UE) configured to operate in a wireless communication system, the second UE comprising:

• one or more transceivers;
• one or more processors configured to control the one or more transceivers;
• and
• one or more memories operably connected to the one or more processors,
• wherein the one or more memories are configured to store instructions performing operations based on being executed by the one or more processors,
• wherein the operations comprise:
• receiving, from a first UE, a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) related to a scheduling of a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH);
• and
• receiving, from the first UE, the PSSCH,
• wherein one or more reserved resources are indicated based on first sidelink control information (SCI) related to the PSCCH,
• wherein the one or more reserved resources are selected based on resources within a resource selection window, and
• wherein a resource overlapping with a listen-before-talk (LBT) before a reserved resource of other UE is excluded from the selection of the one or more reserved resources.
