Abstract
An image processing device includes a vision sensor and a processor. The vision sensor generates a plurality of events in which an intensity of light changes and generates a plurality of timestamps depending on times when the events occur. In addition, the processor may regenerate a timestamp of a pixel where an abnormal event occurs, based on temporal correlation of the events.

A dynamic vision sensor comprising:
- a plurality of photodiodes including a first photodiode of a first pixel;
- an amplifier configured to amplify a voltage level corresponding to charges generated by the first photodiode;
- a comparator configured to determine a type of an event based on the voltage level of the charges and output an on-event or an off-event;
- a first address event representation configured to generate a first address of the first pixel;
- a second address event representation configured to generate a second address of the first pixel;
- and
- a packetizer configured to generate a packet, the packet including a timestamp of the first pixel, the first address of the first pixel and the second address of the first pixel,
- wherein the amplifier and the comparator are disposed in a first semiconductor chip,
- wherein the first and second address event representation are disposed in a second semiconductor chip, and
- wherein the first semiconductor chip is stacked on the second semiconductor chip.
