Method and apparatus for dynamically streaming high resolution video by using geometry information within video

A video streaming method comprising:

• receiving, by a first mobile terminal, first bandwidth information from a video streaming apparatus, the first bandwidth information being generated based on geometry information including latitude, longitude, and altitude of the mobile terminal indicating locations associated with a first video encoding resolution;
• receiving, by the first mobile terminal, a first video from a camera mounted on the mobile terminal;
• obtaining, by the first mobile terminal, first location information of the mobile terminal from a sensor mounted on the mobile terminal;
• encoding, by the first mobile terminal, the first video at the first resolution or the
• second resolution lower than the first resolution according to the first bandwidth information based on whether the first location information corresponds to the locations of the first bandwidth information;
• generating, by the first mobile terminal, a video stream packet including the encoded, first video and the first location information and transmitting the video stream packet to the video streaming apparatus;
• receiving, by the video streaming apparatus, the video stream packet including the first video and the first location information;
• and
• obtaining, by the video streaming apparatus, the first location information of the first mobile terminal from the video stream packet,
• wherein the first bandwidth information includes information on a range of a specific area including the mobile terminal's location related with the first location information, and the first location information is not transmitted unless the mobile terminal's location is outside of a specific area indicated by the first bandwidth information.
