Industrial wireless system, root node and programmable logic controller

A root node in an industrial wireless system comprising:

• a root node configured to be wire-connected to a first industrial device collecting data;
• and a peripheral wireless node configured to be wire-connected to a second industrial device sending the data toward the first industrial device, wherein the industrial wireless system mediates data communication between the first industrial device and the second industrial device, the root node comprising:
• a construction portion configured to construct a wireless network including at least the root node configured to be wire-connected to the first industrial device and the peripheral wireless node configured to be wire-connected to the second industrial device;
• a first measurement portion configured to measure a state related to wireless communication for the root node and generate state information indicating the state related to the wireless communication;
• a collection portion configured to repeatedly collect the state information generated by the first measurement portion and state information indicating a state related to wireless communication of the peripheral wireless node measured by a second measurement portion provided in the peripheral wireless node;
• a memory configured to store the state information and is accessible from the first industrial device;
• a wireless communication portion configured to communicate with the peripheral wireless node via the wireless network constructed by the construction portion and receive data of the peripheral wireless node;
• and
• a wired communication portion configured to transfer the data of the second industrial device received by the wireless communication portion to the first industrial device via the wireless network constructed by the construction portion, and transmit the state information stored in the memory accessed by the first industrial device to the first industrial device.
