System and method of creating and organizing private chat messages

A computer-implemented method, comprising:

• configuring and updating, using one or more cloud systems each comprising an administrator coupled with a database, one or more operations of each of the one or more cloud systems;
• generating, by the one or more cloud systems, one or more particular configurations specific to each of the one or more communication devices;
• generating, by the one or more cloud systems, a general chat interface in response to a request from at least one of the one or more communication devices;
• generating, by the one or more cloud systems, in response to another request from the one or more communication devices, one or more new private threads within the general chat interface, wherein each new private thread is configured using a pre-configured thread template selected by a communication device;
• and
• storing, by the one or more cloud systems, a transcript of the general chat interface and transmitted chat messages to permit one or more communication devices to access and display the transcript and transmitted chat messages at a later time.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium embodied with software, the software when executed configured to:

• configure and update, using one or more cloud systems each comprising an administrator coupled with a database, one or more operations of each of the one or more cloud systems;
• generate one or more particular configurations specific to each of the one or more communication devices;
• generate a general chat interface in response to a request from at least one of the one or more communication devices;
• generate, in response to another request from the one or more communication devices, one or more new private threads within the general chat interface, wherein each new private thread is configured using a pre-configured thread template selected by a communication device;
• and
• store a transcript of the general chat interface and transmitted chat messages to permit one or more communication devices to access and display the transcript and transmitted chat messages at a later time.
