Valve structure and power storage device

A valve structure comprising:

• a passage communicating an inside of a container housing a power storage device element with outside;
• a liquid reservoir part located inside the passage and storing a liquid through which gas generated by the power storage device element is permeable;
• and
• a check valve disposed toward an inside of the container relative to the liquid reservoir part, and configured to open when an internal pressure of the container increases due to the gas generated inside the container, and pass the gas toward the outside from nearer the inside of the container.
