A solid ion conductor compound represented by Formula 1 and having an argyrodite crystal structure:
- LiaMxTyPbScCldXe Formula 1
- wherein, in Formula 1,
- Mis Na, K, Rb, Cs, Fr, or a combination thereof,
- Ti s Sc, Y, Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Tc, Re, Fe, Ru, Os, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Hg, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, As, Sb, Bi, or a combination thereof,
- X is Br, I, or a combination thereof, and
- 4<a<7, 0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<b≤1, 4<c≤5, 1≤d+e<2, and 1≤d/e.
