Bed dispenser assembly and system and method for monitoring hand hygiene, wellness, and human interactions

A bed dispenser assembly comprising:

• a container configured to contain hand sanitizer within an interior of the container, the container including a stem that is in fluid communication with the interior of the container, wherein the stem is actuatable relative to a remainder of the container between an open position and a closed position, hand sanitizer is allowed to exit the container through an open end of the stem when the stem is in the open position, and hand sanitizer is prevented from exiting the container through the open end of the stem when the stem is in the closed position;
• and
• a main housing configured to be positioned on a bed, the main housing defining a cavity configured to receive the container;
• and
• a nozzle in fluid communication with the stem, the nozzle including an inlet that is coupled to the open end of the stem to transfer hand sanitizer from the interior of the container to the nozzle, the nozzle further including a fluid discharge aperture through which hand sanitizer is expellable, the main housing including at least a portion of the nozzle.
