Abstract
The present invention relates to a vehicle user interface device including a display configured to display a first Augmented Reality (AR) graphic object at a point in a display area corresponding to a first point, and at least one processor configured to obtain distance data between a vehicle and the first point and change the first AR graphic object based on the distance data.
Claims34
A user interface device for a vehicle comprising:
- a display configured to display an indicator at a display area;
- and
- a controller operably connected to the display and configured to:
- control the display to display a first indicator at a first portion of the display area, corresponding to a first point, the first point being located ahead of the vehicle at a location where an event of the vehicle is to occur,
- obtain distance data between the vehicle and the first point, and
- change the first indicator based on the distance data,
- wherein the controller is further configured to:
- determine an accuracy condition of the first point based on sensor data from one or more sensors included in the vehicle, and
- based on the accuracy condition of the first point satisfying a predetermined first accuracy condition, correspondingly increase a size of the first indicator as the vehicle approaches the first point according to the distance data.
