Methods and systems for accessing account information electronically

A system, comprising:

• one or more processors coupled to memory that stores instructions causing the one or more processors perform operations comprising:
• receiving a first authentication request comprising an entry of a customer credential associated with a customer profile;
• receiving, subsequently to the first authentication request and without any customer credential, a second authentication request comprising at least one attribute of a computing device associated with the customer profile;
• determining that an interval of time between the first authentication request and the second authentication request is less than a pre-determined time interval;
• determining, based on the first authentication request having a customer credential and the second authentication request having no customer credential, a subset of transactions within the customer profile that are permitted to be displayed;
• and
• generating for display, in response to the second authentication request, customer account transaction information for the subset of transactions associated with the customer profile, when the interval of time between the first authentication request and the second authentication request is less than the pre-determined time interval.

One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions thereon, wherein the instructions cause one or more processors to perform operations comprising:

• receiving a first authentication request comprising an entry of a customer credential associated with a customer profile;
• receiving, subsequently to the first authentication request and without any customer credential, a second authentication request comprising at least one attribute of a computing device associated with the customer profile;
• determining that an interval of time between the first authentication request and the second authentication request is less than a pre-determined time interval;
• determining, based on the first authentication request having a customer credential and the second authentication request having no customer credential, a subset of transactions within the customer profile that are permitted to be displayed;
• and
• generating for display, in response to the second authentication request, customer account transaction information for the subset of transactions associated with the customer profile, when the interval of time between the first authentication request and the second authentication request is less than the pre-determined time interval.
