Disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for recording operational events using artificial intelligence (AI). User input and corresponding telemetry data are combined into an input stream, which is processed by a grammar engine to generate an initial parse tree. This parse tree is then transmitted to a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, which interfaces with an AI agent to produce an updated parse tree. The updated tree includes additional events and/or enhanced details that were absent from the original input. By enriching operational notes (opnotes) with previously omitted information, the disclosed techniques enable context-aware, grammar-based documentation of operational activity.
