A program for causing a computer to achieve:

• a function of causing a touch panel display to display a display screen that includes a control target icon that resembles a control target and a plurality of touch areas that enables touch operations for operating the control target;
• a function of detecting, a first gesture and a second gesture from a touch operation on the display, the second gesture being different from the first gesture and having a fixed direction;
• a function that, in a case where the display detects the first gesture in any one of the plurality of touch areas, executes at least one of selecting the control target and controlling a direction of the control target corresponding to a positional relationship in the display screen between the one touch area and the control target icon;
• a function that, in a case where the display detects the second gesture in the touch areas and the second gesture has a direction away from the control target icon, increases a control amount of the control target corresponding to a positional relationship in the display screen between the one touch area and the control target icon;
• and a function that, in a case where the display detects the second gesture in the one touch area and the second gesture has a direction approaching the control target icon, decreases a control amount of the control target corresponding to a positional relationship in the display screen between the one touch area and the control target icon, wherein the plurality of touch areas, are located between a reference area image including the control target icon and a seat image, are divided into an area between the reference area image and the chest portion of the seat image, an upper area between the reference area image and the head portion of the seat image, and a lower area between the reference area image and the bottom of the seat image, and is an area for operating an airflow from a front air outlet toward the seat, the upper area is an area for operating a defroster, and the lower area is an area for operating an airflow from a lower air outlet toward the seat.

An equipment control method of controlling a touch panel display and a control target, the equipment control method comprising:

• displaying on the display a display screen that includes a control target icon that resembles the control target and a plurality of touch areas that enables touch operations for operating the control target;
• detecting a first gesture and a second gesture from a touch operation on the display, the second gesture being different from the first gesture and having a fixed direction;
• in a case where the display detects the first gesture in any one of the plurality of the touch areas, executing at least one of selecting the control target corresponding to a positional relationship in the display screen between the one touch area and the control target icon and controlling a direction of the control target;
• in a case where the display detects the second gesture in the one touch area that has been detected, and the second gesture has a direction away from the control target icon, increasing a control amount of the control target corresponding to a positional relationship in the display screen between the one touch area and the control target icon;
• and in a case where the display detects the second gesture in the one touch area that has been detected, and the second gesture has a direction approaching the control target icon, decreasing a control amount of the control target corresponding to a positional relationship in the display screen between the one touch area and the control target icon, wherein the plurality of touch areas, are located between a reference area image including the control target icon and a seat image, are divided into an area between the reference area image and the chest portion of the seat image, an upper area between the reference area image and the head portion of the seat image, and a lower area between the reference area image and the bottom of the seat image, and is an area for operating an airflow from a front air outlet toward the seat, the upper area is an area for operating a defroster, and the lower area is an area for operating an airflow from a lower air outlet toward the seat.
