Abstract
A method can include receiving field equipment data from a source; detecting a data schema for the source; configuring a listener for the source according to a corresponding detected data schema to receive additional field equipment data; and assessing at least a portion of the additional field equipment data using an assessment engine to generate a hierarchy of data metric values for the source, where the hierarchy is customizable and navigable responsive to receipt of instructions.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- receiving field equipment data from a source, wherein the source includes a sensor;
- detecting a data schema for the source, wherein the data schema includes a data format and data quality metrics;
- configuring a listener for the source according to the data schema;
- receiving additional field equipment data;
- detecting a change in the data schema from the additional field equipment data;
- assessing at least a portion of the additional field equipment data using an assessment engine to generate a hierarchy of data metric values for the source, wherein the hierarchy of data metric values is customizable and navigable responsive to receipt of instructions;
- responsive to the change in the data schema and the hierarchy of data metric values indicating poor quality data for the portion of the additional field equipment data, taking the sensor off-line;
- and
- responsive to taking the sensor off-line, implementing a digital twin to generate substitute data for the sensor.
A system comprising:
- a processor;
- memory accessible to the processor;
- and
- processor-executable instructions stored in the memory to instruct the system to:
- receive field equipment data from a source, wherein the source includes a sensor;
- detect a data schema for the source, wherein the data schema includes a data format and data quality metrics;
- configure a listener for the source according to the data schema;
- receive additional field equipment data;
- detect a change in the data schema from the additional field equipment data;
- assess at least a portion of the additional field equipment data using an assessment engine to generate a hierarchy of data metric values for the source, wherein the hierarchy of data metric values is customizable and navigable responsive to receipt of instructions;
- responsive to the change in the data schema and the hierarchy of data metric values indicating poor quality data for the portion of the additional field equipment data, take the sensor off-line;
- and
- responsive to taking the sensor off-line, implement a digital twin to generate substitute data for the sensor.
One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media comprising processor-executable instructions to instruct a computing system to:
- receive field equipment data from a source, wherein the source includes a sensor;
- detect a data schema for the source, wherein the data schema includes a data format and data quality metrics;
- configure a listener for the source according to the data schema;
- receive additional field equipment data;
- detect a change in the data schema from the additional field equipment data;
- assess at least a portion of the additional field equipment data using an assessment engine to generate a hierarchy of data metric values for the source, wherein the hierarchy of data metric values is customizable and navigable responsive to receipt of instructions;
- responsive to the change in the data schema and the hierarchy of data metric values indicating poor quality data for the portion of the additional field equipment data by generating a Z distribution and computing a Z score from the Z distribution, take the sensor off-line;
- and
- responsive to taking the sensor off-line, implement a digital twin to generate substitute data for the sensor.
