Outdoor unit of air conditioner and air conditioner including the same

An air conditioner comprising:

• an indoor unit of the air conditioner;
• and
• an outdoor unit of the air conditioner configured to be connected to the indoor unit of the air conditioner,
• wherein the outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises:
• an outdoor unit housing;
• a refrigerant pipe disposed inside the outdoor unit housing;
• an electrical equipment case including case holes formed to allow a cable to pass through, the electrical equipment case being configured to enclose electrical equipment, and the electrical equipment case being disposed inside the outdoor unit housing;
• a partition plate configured to partition the electrical equipment case from a space in which the refrigerant pipe is disposed, and to form a cable passage, through which the cable passes toward the case holes, between the partition plate and a part of the outdoor unit housing;
• and
• a cable guide disposed on the cable passage outside of the electrical equipment case and through which the cable passes toward the case holes,
• wherein the cable guide is configured to cover the cable passage in order to block refrigerant from being introduced into the case holes along the cable passage when refrigerant leaks from the refrigerant pipe.
