Abstract
An oil tank for a turbomachine, including an enclosure for the oil, having a main axis, and with walls delimiting a first compartment and a second compartment separated from the first compartment by a separation wall; a channel extending into the first compartment, from the separation wall; an oil inlet mixed with air, arranged on the second compartment; an oil outlet including a conduit extending and opening into the first compartment. The channel extends inside the conduit, so as to ensure oil filling of the conduit and thus maintain an oil supply to the conduit during flight phases in zero or negative gravity.
Claims15
An oil tank for a turbomachine, comprising:
- an enclosure for oil, defining a main axis, and including walls delimiting a first compartment and a second compartment separated from the first compartment by a separation wall;
- a channel extending into the first compartment, from the separation wall;
- an inlet for the oil mixed with air, arranged on the second compartment;
- an oil outlet comprising a conduit extending and opening into the first compartment;
- wherein the channel extends inside the conduit, so as to ensure oil supply to the conduit and maintain an oil supply to the conduit during flight phases in zero or negative gravity.
