Holding device for a door and functional entity with a holding device

A holding device for holding a pivotally mounted door element in a closed position and for releasing the door element from the closed position, the holding device comprising:

• a locking unit comprising (i) a force transmitter, which has a connection part, and (ii) a locking mechanism, which by application of pressure is configured to be cyclically transferable between a locking position, in which the locking mechanism reaches a holding position and the holding device is connectable or connected to a locking element that consists at least partially of magnetic or ferromagnetic material, and a release position, in which the locking mechanism reaches a release position and the holding device is disconnectable or disconnected from the locking element;
• a mounting part comprising a mounting body and a holding lever with a lever body,
• the mounting body being connectable to the door element and being connected by a lever joint to the lever body, and
• the lever body comprising a first piece, which holds at least one holding magnet that, in the holding position, is force-lockingly connected or connectable to the locking element;
• and
• a coupling unit comprising a single-part or multi-part coupling body that, at one end distanced from the lever joint, is pivotally connected to the mounting body and, at the other end, is pivotally connected to the lever body and is pivotally connected to the connection part of the locking unit.
