Abstract
A textile article that can be disassembled automatically or semi-automatically, wherein the textile article comprises individual pieces, wherein at least some of said individual pieces are attached to each other by means of a stitching, and wherein for said stitching at least a polymer melt yarn is used, wherein the melt yarn transitions from a solid phase to a liquid or semi-liquid phase at a temperature that is equal to or higher than a melting temperature of the yarn, and wherein the article can be disassembled into individual pieces by means of heating the article or the stitching to a temperature that is equal to or higher than the melting temperature of the yarn.
Claims19
A textile article that can be disassembled automatically or semi-automatically, wherein the textile article comprises individual pieces,
- wherein at least some of said individual pieces are attached to each other by means of a stitching, and wherein for said stitching at least a polymer melt yarn is used,
- wherein the melt yarn transitions from a solid phase to a liquid or semi-liquid phase at a temperature that is equal to or higher than a melting temperature of the yarn,
- wherein the article can be disassembled into individual pieces by means of heating the article or the stitching to a temperature that is equal to or higher than the melting temperature of the yarn, and
- wherein said melt yarn has a melting temperature of between 60° C. and 200° C.
A textile article that can be disassembled automatically or semi-automatically, wherein the textile article comprises individual pieces,
- wherein at least some of said individual pieces are attached to each other by means of a stitching, and wherein for said stitching at least a polymer melt yarn is used,
- wherein said stitching is selected from the group consisting of a chain stitch, a lock stitch, an overlock stitch, or a cover stitch,
- wherein the melt yarn transitions from a solid phase to a liquid or semi-liquid phase at a temperature that is equal to or higher than a melting temperature of the yarn,
- wherein the article can be disassembled into individual pieces by means of heating the article or the stitching to a temperature that is equal to or higher than the melting temperature of the yarn,
- wherein the textile article can be disassembled by means of shaking or moving the textile article during the heating, and
- wherein said melt yarn has a melting temperature of between 60° C. and 200° C.
A textile article that can be disassembled automatically or semi-automatically, wherein the textile article comprises individual pieces,
- wherein at least some of said individual pieces are attached to each other by means of a stitching, and wherein for said stitching at least a polymer melt yarn is used,
- wherein the melt yarn transitions from a solid phase to a liquid or semi-liquid phase at a temperature that is equal to or higher than a melting temperature of the yarn,
- wherein the article can be disassembled into individual pieces by means of heating the article or the stitching to a temperature that is equal to or higher than the melting temperature of the yarn and exposing the article to steam, and
- wherein said melt yarn has a melting temperature of between 60° C. and 200° C.
