Claims21
A polynucleotide comprising a nucleotide sequence having at least 90% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 2, 3 or 4, wherein said polynucleotide comprises at least one of the following substitutions:
- (i) the nucleotide adenine (A) at a position corresponding to position 27 of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 is substituted with thymine (T);
- (ii) the nucleotide cytosine (C) at a position corresponding to position 28 of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 is substituted with guanine (G);
- (iii) the nucleotide adenine (A) at a position corresponding to position 36 of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 is substituted with cytosine (C), and
- wherein said polynucleotide has promoter activity.
