Abstract
Provided are a two-component curable composition and a cured product thereof, the two-component curable composition including: a liquid A that contains a compound (A) having one (meth)acrylate group in one molecule thereof, a compound (B) having two or more (meth)acrylate groups in one molecule thereof, a dispersant (D), a reducing agent (G), and a thermally conductive filler (E); and a liquid B that contains a polymerization initiator (C), a dispersant (D), a plasticizer (F), and a thermally conductive filler (E).
Claims10
A two-component curable composition, comprising:
- a liquid A that contains a compound (A) having one (meth)acrylate group in one molecule thereof, a compound (B) having two or more (meth)acrylate groups in one molecule thereof, a dispersant (D1), a reducing agent (G), and a thermally conductive filler (E1);
- and
- a liquid B that contains a polymerization initiator (C), a dispersant (D2), a plasticizer (F), and a thermally conductive filler (E2),
- wherein either dispersant (D1) or dispersant (D2) comprises a polyglycerin monoalkyl ether compound or a fatty acid having an unsaturated hydrocarbon group comprising from 18 to 22 carbon atoms,
- with the proviso that liquid A excludes the polymerization initiator (C), and
- with the proviso that liquid B excludes the compound (A) and the compound (B).
