Abstract
Herein are provided bispecific anti-human A-beta/human transferrin receptor antibodies and methods of using the same.
Claims18
One or more nucleic acids encoding a bispecific antibody specifically binding to human A-beta protein and human transferrin receptor, wherein the bispecific antibody comprises:
- (i) a first polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 01;
- (ii) a second polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 02;
- (iii) a third polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 03;
- and
- (iv) a fourth polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 10.
6 more elements
A method of producing a bispecific antibody specifically binding to human A-beta protein and human transferrin receptor, comprising:
- (i) culturing a host cell comprising one or more nucleic acids encoding the bispecific antibody, wherein the host cell is cultured under conditions suitable for the expression of the bispecific antibody, and wherein the bispecific antibody comprises a first polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 01, a second polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 02, a third polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 03, and a fourth polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 10;
- and
- (ii) recovering the bispecific antibody from the host cell or from the host cell culture medium.
