Abstract
Provided is an antibody effective in treating tumors and the like. The antibody recognizes an epitope that contains an N-glycosylation site of human CD98 hc and that is exposed by inhibiting N-linked glycosylation.

An anti-human CD98hc scFv comprising:
- a heavy chain variable region having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
