Claims27
A set of isolated nucleic acids encoding an antibody that binds to human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and to human IL-1beta (IL-1B), wherein the set of isolated nucleic acids comprises a first nucleic acid encoding a heavy chain comprising a variable heavy chain domain (VH domain) comprising (a) CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:13, (b) CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:14, and (c) CDR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:15, and a second nucleic acid encoding a light chain comprising a variable light chain domain (VL domain) comprising (d) CDR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16, (e) CDR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:17, and (f) CDR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8.
A set of isolated nucleic acids encoding an Fab antigen-binding fragment that binds to human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and to human IL-1beta (IL-1β), wherein the set of isolated nucleic acids comprises a first nucleic acid encoding an Fab heavy chain comprising a variable heavy chain domain (VH domain) comprising (a) CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:13, (b) CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:14, and (c) CDR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:15, and a second nucleic acid encoding an Fab light chain comprising a variable light chain domain (VL domain) comprising (d) CDR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16, (e) CDR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:17, and (f) CDR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8.
An isolated single nucleic acid encoding an antibody that binds to human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and to human IL-1beta (IL-1β), wherein the isolated single nucleic acid comprises a nucleic acid encoding an antibody heavy chain comprising a variable heavy chain domain (VH domain) comprising (a) CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:13, (b) CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:14, and (c) CDR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:15, and a nucleic acid encoding a light chain comprising a variable light chain domain (VL domain), comprising (d) CDR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16, (e) CDR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:17, and (f) CDR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 8.
A single isolated nucleic acid encoding an Fab antigen-binding fragment that binds to human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and to human IL-1beta (IL-1β), wherein the isolated single nucleic acid comprises a nucleic acid encoding an Fab heavy chain comprising a variable heavy chain domain (VH domain) comprising (a) CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:13, (b) CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 14, and (c) CDR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:15, and a nucleic acid encoding an Fab light chain comprising a variable light chain domain (VL domain), comprising (d) CDR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16, (e) CDR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 17, and (f) CDR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:8.
