• (i) naphthyl;
• (ii) phenyl;
• (iii) a bicyclic 9- or 10-membered heteroaryl containing 1 to 3 ring atoms selected from N, O, or S;
• or
• (iv) a tricyclic 13- or 14-membered heteroaryl containing 1 to 3 ring atoms selected from N, O, or S;
• wherein ring CA is unsubstituted or substituted by 1 to 4 RCA substituents which are halo, C1-C3 alkyl, C1-C3 fluoroalkyl, C1-C3 alkoxy, hydroxy or cyano;
• R1 is H or C1-C3 alkyl;
• R2a and R2b are independently H, F, C1-C3 alkyl, or C1-C3 fluoroalkyl;
• W1 is —C(O)— or —S(O)2—;
• W2 is a group of the formula:
• wherein
• W2a is H, CH3, F, cyano, CH2OH, CH2CH2OH, or CH2Br;
• W2b is CH3, CH2NH2, CH2N(H) CH3, CH2N(CH3)2, CH2—NH-cyclopropyl,
• Y is —O(C(Ry) 2)m— or —C(O)—N(H)—(C(Ry)2)m—;
• each Ry is independently H or C1-C3 alkyl, or alternatively two Ry together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form a cyclopropyl, cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl ring;
• the subscript m is 1, 2, or 3;
• Z is
• wherein
• Rz1 is C1-C3 alkyl;
• each Rz2 is independently fluoro or C1-C3 alkyl;
• the subscript n is 1, 2, or 3;
• the subscript o is 0, 1, or 2;
• or
• (b) —N(Rz3)2, wherein
• each Rz3 is independently H or C1-C3 alkyl;
• or
• alternatively, two Rz3, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form an aziridinyl, azetidinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl, or azepinyl ring,
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
