Portable IPL sterilizer and IPL toilet bowl sterilizer

An IPL toilet bowl sterilizer comprising:

• at least one xenon lamp unit provided on one surface of an outer cover configured to rotate relative to an inner cover so as to sterilize the inner cover of a toilet bowl by emitting a xenon lamp light;
• a control unit configured to control the at least one xenon lamp unit to sterilize the inner cover of the toilet bowl;
• a driving unit configured to adjust a posture of the outer cover;
• and
• a temperature sensor configured to provide information on a temperature of the inner cover,
• wherein the control unit is configured to:
• start sterilization of the inner cover by controlling the at least one xenon lamp unit only in a section from a time point when the outer cover covers the inner cover at a predetermined angle until a time point when the outer cover is completely closed, during a process in which the outer cover moves through the driving unit;
• and
• after the sterilization of the inner cover is completed and immediately before a user uses the toilet bowl, control the driving unit to a locking state or provide information on unavailability of the toilet bowl to the user when the temperature of the inner cover measured by the temperature sensor is greater than or equal to a preset temperature.
