Abstract
The present invention concerns novel compounds useful in the treatment of cancer, particularly including compounds linking a bisphosphonate moiety with KBU2046, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, co-crystals, polymorphs, solvates, hydrates, and enantiomers thereof, as well as methods for their production and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them.

A compound of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein:
- Z is selected from the group consisting of:
- n1 in each instance is an integer selected from the group consisting of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6;
- X is (—CH2—)n2;
- R1 is selected from the group consisting of H and C1-C3 alkyl;
- R2 is selected from the group consisting of H and OH;
- when R2 is H, n2 is an integer selected from the group consisting of 0, 1, 2, and 3, and
- when R2 is OH, n2 is 1;
- n3 is an integer selected from the group consisting of 0 and 1;
- and
- Y is selected from the group consisting of
