Abstract
A clip is disclosed comprising a frame slidably positionable around a structure entering the skin of a patient and a layer to elute a fluid to the skin based on the frame being slidably positioned around the structure.

A clip, comprising:
- a frame slidably positionable around a structure entering skin of a patient;
- and
- a layer to elute a fluid to the skin based on the frame being slidably positioned around the structure, wherein the frame has a first width, and wherein the layer has a second width greater than the first width;
- wherein the frame comprises a first arm and a second arm, and wherein the frame is configurable between:
- a first state in which a first distance is defined between the first arm and the second arm;
- and
- a second state in which a second distance is defined between the first arm and the second arm, wherein the second distance is greater than the first distance;
- and
- wherein the structure is to cammingly engage the frame to transition the frame from the first state toward the second state.
