Abstract
An ultrasonic wave transmission medium supply/discharge member includes a balloon for an ultrasonic endoscope that is mounted to cover an outer surface of an ultrasound transducer provided in a distal end part body on a distal end side of an insertion portion of an ultrasonic endoscope, in which the balloon for an ultrasonic endoscope has a storage portion that is configured to be filled with an ultrasonic wave transmission medium, a tube that communicates with an inside of the storage portion, and a fixing portion that is configured to be attachably and detachably fixed to an operating portion of the ultrasonic endoscope and that is connected to the balloon for an ultrasonic endoscope through the tube.
Claims16
An ultrasonic wave transmission medium supply/discharge member comprising:
- a balloon for an ultrasonic endoscope that is mounted to cover an outer surface of an ultrasound transducer provided in a distal end part body on a distal end side of an insertion portion of an ultrasonic endoscope,
- wherein the balloon for an ultrasonic endoscope has
- a storage portion that is configured to be filled with an ultrasonic wave transmission medium,
- a tube that communicates with an inside of the storage portion, and
- a fixing portion that is configured to be attachably and detachably fixed to an operating portion provided at a proximal end of the ultrasonic endoscope,
- wherein the tube is connected between the fixing portion and the storage portion of the balloon, such that the fixing portion is connected to the balloon for an ultrasonic endoscope through the tube.
