Gryllus bimaculatus extract and method for preparing the same

A method for preparing a Gryllus bimaculatus extract, the method comprising:

• adding a solvent and heating a Gryllus bimaculatus in the solvent at a temperature of 100° C. or more, wherein the solvent comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of water, hexane, and ether, wherein the heating time is 25 to 30 minutes;
• pulverizing a heated product of Gryllus bimaculatus after the heating;
• and
• treating a pulverized product of Gryllus bimaculatus obtained by the pulverizing with a proteolytic enzyme, to obtain a Gryllus bimaculatus extract wherein the proteolytic enzyme includes Protamex®, and a solid content of the pulverized product of Gryllus bimaculatus is 3 to 7 wt % based on the total weight of the pulverized product of Gryllus bimaculatus,
• wherein the proteolytic enzyme is present in a concentration of 1 to 2 parts by weight, with respect to a total of 100 parts by weight of the pulverized product of Gryllus bimaculatus, and the pulverized product Gryllus bimaculatus is treated with the proteolytic enzyme for 10 minutes to 1 hours, and
• wherein the Gryllus bimaculatus extract comprises L-tyrosine in an amount of 1.68 mg/ml or more.
