Organic light-emitting device

An organic light emitting device comprising:

• an anode;
• a cathode provided to face the anode;
• a light emitting layer provided between the anode and the cathode;
• a first organic material layer provided between the anode and the light emitting layer;
• and
• a second organic material layer provided between the cathode and the light emitting layer,
• wherein among organic materials included in the light emitting layer, the first organic material layer, and the second organic material layer, the band gap energy (Ebg) of each of the organic materials except for a dopant compound is 3 eV or more,
• the first organic material layer comprises one or more compounds each composed of centrally sp3 carbon,
• the second organic material layer comprises one or more compounds each composed of centrally sp3 carbon, and
• the first organic material layer and the second organic material layer comprise a total of three or more compounds each composed of centrally sp3 carbon,
• wherein the three or more compounds include two or more compounds selected from Formulae 2 to 4 and one or more compounds selected from Formulae 8 and 9:
• wherein in Formulae 2 to 4:
• R101 and R102 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or are bonded to each other to form an aliphatic hydrocarbon ring;
• R1 and R2 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently deuterium, a halogen group, a cyano group, a nitro group, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted boron group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted phosphine oxide group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylthioxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylthioxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylsulfoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylsulfoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group, an unsubstituted amine group, a substituted amine group of the following Formula A, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group;
• wherein in Formula A:
• L1 to L3 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently a direct bond, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene group having 2 to 60 carbon atoms;
• Ar1 is hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group having 6 to 60 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 60 carbon atoms,
• Ar2 is a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group having 2 to 60 carbon atoms,
• p, r, and q are each an integer from 0 to 4, and when p, r, and q are each 2 or higher, substituents in the parentheses are the same as or different from each other;
• and
• * means a bonding position;
• R3 to R6 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently deuterium, a halogen group, a cyano group, a nitro group, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted boron group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted phosphine oxide group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylthioxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylthioxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylsulfoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylsulfoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, or adjacent groups are bonded to each other to form a substituted or unsubstituted ring;
• R7 to R10 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently deuterium, a halogen group, a cyano group, a nitro group, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted boron group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted phosphine oxide group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylthioxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylthioxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylsulfoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylsulfoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or adjacent groups are bonded to each other to form a substituted or unsubstituted ring;
• m1, m2, and m5 to m10 are each an integer from 0 to 4;
• m3 and m4 are each an integer from 0 to 5;
• and
• when m1 to m10 are each 2 or higher, two or more substituents in the parenthesis are the same as or different from each other;

• a terphenyl group that is unsubstituted or substituted with a cyano group or a methoxy group substituted with a halogen group;
• or adjacent groups are bonded to each other to form a substituted or unsubstituted ring;
• m25 to m32 are each an integer from 0 to 4;
• and
• when m25 to m32 are each an integer of 2 or higher, two or more substituents in the parentheses are the same as or different from each other.
