Provided are an organic electric element, a display panel and a display device including the organic electric element which include a charge generating layer including a first layer having a first compound and a second compound and a second layer having a third compound so that they may have excellent efficiency or lifespan.

An organic electric element, comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a second electrode;
- and
- an organic layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode,
- wherein the organic layer comprises a first layer,
- the first layer comprises a first compound and a second compound, and
- wherein the first compound is one or more of A2 to A3, A5 to A7, A10, A14, A17 to A19, A21 to A22, A26 to A27, A29 to A46, A48,
- wherein the second compound is one or more of the 5-4 to 5-6, 5-10 to 5-12, 5-17, 5-18 and 5-22 to 5-24:
