Cell handover method and apparatus, and communication device and storage medium

A cell handover method, performed by a base station, comprising:

• receiving a determination message sent by a terminal to determine to ignore a handover command;
• wherein the determination message is a message sent in response to the terminal determining to ignore the handover command of cell handover according to a predicted value of a predicted parameter;
• and
• the predicted parameter comprises a mobility and service characteristic parameter and/or a communication performance characteristic parameter of the terminal after the terminal is handed over to a target cell, and a recommendation degree of a cell for cell handover is determined according to a weighted predicted value of multiple predicted parameters.

A communication device, comprising:

• an antenna;
• a memory;
• a processor connected to the antenna and the memory, respectively, and configured to control transmission and reception of the antenna by executing computer-executable instructions stored in the memory, and being capable of determining whether to ignore a handover command of cell handover according to a predicted value of a predicted parameter,
• wherein the predicted parameter comprises a mobility and service characteristic parameter and/or a communication performance characteristic parameter of the terminal after the terminal is handed over to a target cell, and a recommendation degree of a cell for cell handover is determined according to a weighted predicted value of multiple predicted parameters.
