System and method for confirmation of life status and related file storage and release protocol

A server system for managing life status verification, comprising:

• a processor and associated memory, the processor is configured to:
• periodically issue customizable notifications to a user via one or more user connected user devices, wherein the notifications are generated based on user-defined time intervals;
• receive an acknowledgment from the user in response to the notifications, constituting a life status confirmation that indicates the user's current status;
• communicate with one or more designated individual devices associated with individuals designated by the user based on one or more predefined conditions set by the user, wherein the predefined conditions include a death of the user, wherein:
• the server sends alerts to the designated individual devices if the life status confirmation is not received from the user device within a user-defined response period;
• the server provides a first level of access to medical and insurance records stored in a first data folder upon a report by a designated individual that the user is having a medical emergency, without requiring verification of official documents;
• the server provides a second level of access to sensitive files stored in a second data folder only after a manual verification of a death certificate by an employee managing the system following a report of the death of the user:
• store user data in the memory, wherein the memory includes multiple data folders categorized by access level, such that each folder is configurable by the user to control access rights of designated individuals under specific predefined conditions.
