Abstract
One aspect of the present invention provides a coating composition for a separator including a water-soluble polymer and a water-insoluble polymer, wherein the water-insoluble polymer includes solid particles and annular hollow particles, and an electrode-adhesive separator, which includes an adhesive layer made of the coating composition.

A coating composition for a separator, comprising a water-soluble polymer and a water-insoluble polymer,
- wherein the water-insoluble polymer comprises solid particles and annular hollow particles,
- wherein the solid particles have a core-shell structure comprising a core, and a shell covering at least a part of the surface of the core,
- wherein the annular hollow particles comprise an annular shell in which a through hole is formed that passes from one point on an outer surface of the annular shell to another point on the outer surface of the annular shell, and the annular shell comprises a filling material and a hollow therein, and
- wherein the annular hollow particles are derived from the solid particles.
