Coil component

A coil component comprising:

• a magnetic body containing a plurality of metal magnetic particles;
• a coil embedded in an inside of the magnetic body;
• and
• an outer electrode provided at at least a bottom surface of the magnetic body and electrically connected to the coil,
• wherein
• the outer electrode includes, in order from a side of the magnetic body, an underlayer containing Ag, and a plating layer,
• at an interface between the magnetic body and the underlayer, an oxide film containing a metal element contained in the plurality of the metal magnetic particles is present between a metal magnetic particle positioned at the interface and the underlayer, and
• in an inside of the magnetic body, an oxide film having a thickness smaller than a thickness of the oxide film between the metal magnetic particle positioned at the interface and the underlayer is present at a surface of a metal magnetic particle adjacent to the metal magnetic particle positioned at the interface,
• wherein the thickness of the oxide film between the metal magnetic particle positioned at the interface and the underlayer is 200 nm or more.
