Clamping device

A clamping device comprising:

• a body defining opposite apertures to allow an elongate article to extend through the body, the body defining a space between the apertures;
• a clamping member for clamping the elongate article;
• and
• an insert arrangement received in the space;
• wherein the insert arrangement comprises first and second holders,
• wherein the first holder and the body define a first passage along which a first pass of the elongate article can extend,
• wherein the second holder and the body define a second passage along which a second pass of the elongate article can extend;
• wherein the clamping device comprises first and second ones of the clamping members, and wherein a respective one of the first and second clamping members is provided for each of the first and second holders,
• wherein the clamping device comprises first, second, third, and fourth clamping walls,
• wherein the first holder comprises the first clamping wall,
• wherein the second holder comprises the third clamping wall,
• wherein the first clamping member clamps the first pass of the elongate article between the first and second clamping walls in use, the first pass of the elongate article being clamped against the second clamping wall,
• wherein the second clamping member clamps the second pass of the elongate article between the third and fourth clamping walls in use, the second pass of the elongate article being clamped against the fourth clamping wall, and
• wherein the second clamping wall is parallel to the fourth clamping wall.
