Provided is a rubber composition having excellent breaking strength. The rubber composition contains an inverse vulcanizate having a glass transition temperature of 60° C. or lower.

A rubber composition comprising:
- a diene rubber;
- and an inverse vulcanizate having a glass transition point of 0 °C or higher and 60 °C or lower, wherein
- the inverse vulcanizate is contained in an amount of 0.1 parts by mass to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber.
