Block sponge and production process thereof

Abstract

A block sponge and a production process thereof are provided. By optimizing proportions of raw materials and the production process, problems of poor antibacterial property, poor adsorption capacity, insufficient resilience and poor long-term stability of an existing block sponge are solved. Copper ion powder and green tea powder are compounded to achieve broad-spectrum antibacterial (inhibition rate≥95%). Bamboo charcoal powder is added to enhance adsorption performance. The control of a molar ratio of polyether to toluene diisocyanate is combined with gel fragments to optimize foam pore structure, thereby improving the resilience and pore uniformity. By precisely controlling the curing conditions and surface treatment, the product can maintain stable performance after being used in high temperature or long-term use. High-shear mixing and continuous pouring and foaming processes are used to achieve efficient and stable large-scale production, and meet comprehensive needs of multi-functional and high-performance sponge materials.
