A compound of Formula (II) or Formula (III):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof;
- wherein:
- R1 is a monosaccharide or a polysaccharide comprising from 2 to 6 monosaccharide units;
- R3 is an alkyl group comprising from 10 to 25 carbons atoms;
- Y is S, and Z is CH2;
- or Y is CH2, and Z is S.
