Abstract
An image forming apparatus includes: a conveyor that conveys a recording medium while carrying the recording medium; an image former that forms an image on the recording medium conveyed by the conveyor; and a feeder that feeds the recording medium to the conveyor. The feeder includes a first heater that heats the recording medium from a first surface side on which the image is formed, and a second heater that heats the recording medium from a second surface side opposite to the first surface.
Claims15
An image forming apparatus, comprising:
- a first sheet feeder that feeds a recording medium;
- a second sheet feeder that receives the recording medium fed by the first sheet feeder and feeds the recording medium;
- a conveyor that receives the recording medium fed by the second sheet feeder and conveys the recording medium while carrying the recording medium;
- and
- an image former that forms an image on the recording medium conveyed by the conveyor;
- wherein the second sheet feeder includes
- a first heater that heats the recording medium from a first surface side on which the image is formed, and
- a second heater that heats the recording medium from a second surface side opposite to the first surface.
