Method and system for three-dimensional printing on fabric

A method of forming an adhesion structure on a fabric by three-dimensional printing, the method comprising:

• printing on the fabric a first stack of uncured layers in a configured pattern corresponding to a shape of a bottommost surface of an object, wherein for each layer of said stack said printing comprises dispensing a first formulation without curing said first formulation;
• and
• printing on said first stack a second stack of layers, wherein for each layer of said second stack said printing comprises dispensing and curing said first formulation along a scanning direction, wherein said curing comprises irradiating said layer by creating a pattern of curing radiation having radiation intensity IB that scans said layer along said direction, wherein said pattern has a shape of at least two separated stripes.

A method of forming an object on a fabric by three-dimensional printing, the method comprising:

• printing on the fabric an adhesion structure having a stack of layers in a configured pattern corresponding to a shape of a bottommost surface of an object, wherein for each layer of said stack, said printing comprises dispensing and curing a first formulation along a scanning direction, wherein said curing comprises irradiating said layer by creating a pattern of curing radiation having radiation intensity IC that scans said layer along said direction, and wherein said pattern has a shape of at least two separated stripes;
• and
• printing the object onto said stack by dispensing and curing a building formulation in layers along said direction in configured patterns corresponding to shapes of slices of the object, wherein for each layer of said object, said curing comprising irradiating said layer by creating a pattern of curing radiation having radiation intensity IA that scans said layer along said direction, wherein said pattern has a shape of a single stripe, and wherein said intensity IC is about four times said intensity IA.
