Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a medical material and a product and preparation method thereof. The medical material comprises a ferroelectric polymer, and optionally further comprises an inorganic ferroelectric particle. The composite membrane is prepared by experiencing at least one of annealing treatment, corona poling treatment, acid treatment, and ultrasonic treatment, and the acid treatment is conducted after the annealing treatment. The present disclosure further relates to a method for treating a composite membrane to regulate an antibacterial activity.
Claims9
A method for preparing a medical material, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
- (1) preparing a precursor material from a ferroelectric polymer and an inorganic pore-forming agent having a particle size of 40-100 nm, and a ferroelectric ceramic particle, wherein the precursor material is formed into a membrane by membrane casting and drying at 30° C. to 75° C. for 10 min to 24 h, the inorganic pore-forming agent is at least one of zinc oxide or calcium carbonate, the ferroelectric ceramic particle is selected from the group consisting of barium titanate, potassium sodium niobate, barium strontium titanate, and mixtures thereof;
- and
- (2) subjecting the membrane to annealing treatment, corona poling treatment, acid treatment to obtain a breathable polymer membrane, and optionally to ultrasonic treatment, wherein the annealing treatment is conducted at 80° C. to 150° C. for a period of from 5 min to 2 h.
